Unit Specifications

Our units have concrete floors, concrete block exterior walls with 2x4 and sheetrock interior walls. Four-panel garage doors and roof vents in each unit. These are not steel buildings with roll-up doors.

Unit Size

All storage units are 10’ x 20’.

Privacy & Security

You supply your own lock so that only you have access. We recommend using a circular lock, as our clients find that they are the most secure.

Heat & Electricity

Our units were designed as a cost-effective solution, and do not have heat or electricity.
